"When the Sun Becomes a Memory"

This piece was dedicated to the victims of Earthquakes and Pacific Tsunami in Japan.

After people were stolen by Tsunami and passed away, they were lifted from the sea and were able to go home, in another word, to go to heaven in peace. The relationship between the sand on the ground and the blue pieces represent that people were rescued to go to a heaven from the sea.
The piece also indicates the distance between the victims in the sea and the world they left. There may be a sense of an desolation, but also peacefulness after the tragedy.

Any profit I will earn from this piece will fully be donated to Red Cross.

Handmade Birthday Gifts ♪

For my lovely niece, Chinatsu. I baked shot-bread cookies for her Birthday :)
Now, the apron is wrapped around her baby doll, Konatsu. How cute!

For my friend, Christina's birthday, I made place mats.

I made an apron for Sally for her birthday! I very much enjoyed making this :)
Some people have asked me if they can buy this, so I might make more!

I love loooove making something for friend's and family's birthday! I wish I could do this for everybody because I think it's a great way to show them my love. It's like, there is not only the objects itself, but also there is something extra in them ;)

"Yesterday on the Back, Sprouts through the Chest"

My recent work, "Yesterday on the Back, Sprouts through the Chest".

Those sprouts symbolize my inner growth. The places I have visited have given  me the seeds of inspiration, and they've became a part of me.
